MARCOS SOTO

Associate Attorney

Meet Marcos Soto, your focused and resolute personal injury attorney, ready to represent your interests with understanding and tenacity.  Specializing in cases ranging from motor-vehicle collisions, 18-wheeler crashes, traumatic injury, Marcos is your trusted supporter during your trying times.

First in his family to graduate from college and law school, Marcos has always been dedicated to the pursuit of higher education.  In law school, Marcos was the Student Bar Association President at an HBCU which afforded him an unparalleled opportunity to protect and improve upon an important legacy of minority representation in the legal community.  While a student, he was a research fellow for the Innocence Project at the Earl Carl Institute for Legal & Social Policy, Inc.  As a research fellow, Marcos was tasked with reviewing petitions from inmates claiming substantive defects in the adjudication of their cases.  The Innocence Project has successfully helped to exonerate wrongfully convicted persons.

A native son of Dallas, Marcos has also been shaped by the diversity of the great state of Texas. From Amarillo to Brownsville and from El Paso to Longview, Marcos has been to all corners of the state and has either lived or worked in our top 6 cities.  Outside of the courtroom and law firm, Marcos enjoys traveling, practicing his marksmanship, going to trivia competitions, and hanging out with his family and friends.
